Salamanca

During our cruise in Portugal, we also spent an afternoon in Salamanca, Spain. This city, located in western Spain, is famous for its sandstone buildings, which seem to change colors throughout the day as the sun moves from morning to evening. During our brief time there, we fell in love with the relaxed feel and friendly nature of the people. It was this visit to Salamanca that started us on the road to looking into moving to Spain.

We recently (August 2024) returned to Salamanca to revisit the place that inspired us to look into moving to Spain so many of those image are part of this collection.
